Open Position
Symfo is currently recruiting a Project Manager for its worldwide deployments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Project Manager you will play an integral role in managing the interface with our clients to ensure that Projects are delivered on time and to specification. You will be responsible for advising clients on project design, writing the specification and documentation, delivering a fully validated system and managing the projects to completion. This will involve coordinating the internal Project team as well as being the primary point of contact for the client. The role also will involve international travel to enable you to give clients the attention they need.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of ePRO, EDC and Data management systems.
- Dynamic, flexible and trustable person who can work in a team and remotely.
- Initiative, Passion and the willingness to become immersed in work.
- Familiarity with FDA and EMEA regulatory processes, clinical research processes and industry standards.
- Familiar with PDAs.
- Familiar with computers and their applications.
- Self directed, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, multiple project tasks and deliverables.
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Speaks and writes fluently English.
Education / Experience Required
- Bachelor Degree.
- Five years experience in the execution of clinical trials or equivalent.
- Working experience with either EDC or ePRO systems.
- Proven track record in managing projects to completion.
